Concert Requirements

As with any music group we have specific requirements to be able to lead your people in praise and worship without distractions. Please let us know if you're unable to meet any of these needs.

Arrival Time

We arrive one and a half hours (minimum) prior to a concert to provide adequate time for setup of equipment and rehearsal. Please have someone meet us at your church at that time to let us in (we also need your Sound Engineer).

Equipment Needs

• Piano - our pianist prefers piano to a keyboard/synthesizer.
  • Move it to stage left (to the congregation's left)
  • Have it tuned during the week prior to the concert.
• Drums - We bring our own.
  • Make room for the set as close to the piano as possible.
• Podium, Lectern
  • Remove yours prior to our arrival.
• Two Power cords, 12 gauge minimum
  • They will be able to reach from the nearest power outlets to the piano and to the front of stage.

Sound Equipment Needs

We have our own microphones, cables, mic stands, and headphone monitor sound equipment but we still need to use some of yours! Therefore we need these items setup prior to our arrival:

• Two monitor speakers hooked into a single monitor output from your Front-Of-House (FOH) mixer for the quartet.
• At least two other monitor outputs from your FOH mixer. We feed these into our headphone monitor mixer and distribute that to the instrumentalists.

Please send us the Make/Model of your mixer and monitor speakers.

Sound Engineer

We bring our own highly qualified sound engineer to mix and equalize the quartet and piano mics and operate them during our part of the concert. We need your sound engineer at the church when we arrive to startup the system, help familiarize us with the equipment, ensure that all equipment is ready for use, and assist us, if needed, during the concert.

• Power outlet at front stage center for a laptop computer.
• Sturdy music stand for the laptop.

Preparational Needs

• A dressing room for our women (pianist and drummer).
• A dressing room for our men.
• A room for prayer time with the pastor prior to the service.

Promotional Needs

• Prior to the concert:
  • Download our TCM Concert Flyer (to the right) and print it.
  • Download our JPG photos for use in your bulletin, fliers, etc.
  • We will also mail posters to you. Please state number needed.
  • Advertise in your local paper, on radio stations, and on the internet.
• A table (minimum 4') to display CDs for purchase.
